King’s Liverpool Cadets Pass Training with Flying Colours

Royal Air Force Cadets from the Combined Cadet Force at King’s Leadership Academy Liverpool recently visited RAF Shawbury where they conducted Live Fire Marksmanship Training. This was the culmination of a term’s worth of training on the L98A2 Cadet General Purpose Rifle, which we’re pleased to say all of our cadets passed with flying colours!

Passing the test means that Cadets have reached a level of competency with the rifle which permits them to then fire it under supervision of staff. All of the Cadets and staff really enjoyed the day and there were many first time firers achieving fantastic results which included small group sizes (a group being at least 3 shots fired at the same point of aim). Congratulations to everyone who took part!
